Unfortunately, everything went wrong. The diagnosis of the problem was unrealistic, which is why the repair estimate for my laptop was too high. I refused the repair and requested a return shipping cost of €15, but I had to call them first before they would take any action. For the diagnosis, they disassembled the laptop and wanted to charge an additional €35 to restore it to its original condition. You’re better off going to a local IT shop where you can discuss your needs directly with the experts.
