Our experience with daycare has been nothing but a nightmare. My child was there for one month, and in the first ten days, I once picked him up playing with a couple of other little toddlers alone in the bathroom while the water was running and no one was supervising them. There are countless times I picked up my son in dirty diapers with a rash while the teachers were hanging out. Whitney, the owner of the daycare, is very rude and manipulative. When I first complained, they admitted and apologized, and now she is denying that anything even happened and trying to get an extra $100. As a parent I would never recommend this place to anyone. I do not trust this place for my child’s safety and care at all.

I considered leaving a review or not but I think parents should be aware; It is NOT normal for a child to be getting an incident report every day! My 3yr old has been in daycare since she was 9mos & has loved it. She started coming to Magnolia and immediately had problems. She was being picked on by other kids as well as her teacher. I was being talked to every day and my daughter was being made out to be the classroom troubled child. She hated going to daycare and was always in a bad mood after being picked up. She also had accidents almost everyday. After attending for a month, I removed her and took her to a new daycare and IMMEDIATELY was back to her old self. She comes home happy and has a great attitude. I’d also like to note that she hasn’t had a single incident report OR accident and she’s been attending the new daycare for a few months now. I think Magnolia Academy is sketchy and parents should be very vigilant with how their kids are acting after being picked up. I couldn’t be more grateful for this other daycare that she now attends because Magnolia had a terrible impact on my toddler.
