From the very beginning, our experience with this center was rough. We were initially told our son needed to bring a blanket for nap time. Then the rules suddenly changed. Because our son uses his blanket as a coping mechanism, we received explicit approval for him to continue bringing it. Despite this, staff later made me take it home. We reconfirmed through the app that he was allowed to have the blanket, so we brought it back the next day—only to receive a message saying it had been taken and left at the front desk for us to pick up. The inconsistency and lack of communication were constant. There were multiple occasions where my son came home with bruises and cuts that we were never notified about. We only learned of these injuries after messaging the staff ourselves, and each time we were told they “forgot” to inform us. One especially serious incident involved the center blaming me, my husband, and my family for racism—only for it later to come out that the issue involved another child in my son’s class encouraging harmful behavior. On top of that, my son was not even placed in the classroom they told me he would be in. The biggest safety concern: they do not verify who is picking up children. Anyone with the door code and a child’s pickup code can be told what room the child is in and simply walk in and take them. This is extremely alarming, especially since the contract explicitly states they will check the approved pickup list and require ID. That does not happen. Financially, we were placed on a grant without our knowledge. When that grant was suddenly taken away, we were told our tuition would immediately double—with no prior notice. This place is shady, untrustworthy, dishonest, and unsafe. I would never recommend it to any parent.
