Additionally, While working at Nationwide Advance, I was subjected to frequent verbal abuse that created a hostile and toxic work environment. Supervisors and management often used demeaning language, belittling me in front of coworkers and criticizing my performance in a harsh and unprofessional manner. Yelling, personal insults, and threats of termination were common tactics used to intimidate and control, leaving me feeling disrespected, anxious, and undervalued. This ongoing mistreatment had a significant impact on my mental well-being and made it difficult to perform my job effectively.
