Working with Capote Pools was a nightmare from start to finish. The staff was unprofessional, deadlines were constantly missed, and the quality of the work was downright sloppy. They made big promises, but failed to deliver on almost every one. When I tried to address the issues, I was met with excuses, delays, and outright indifference. The pool was left in poor condition, and I ended up having to hire another company to fix their mess. Save yourself the frustration and money—go somewhere else. This company should not be in business.
