🚨 North Carolina Businessman Arrested on Fraud Charges in Florida A 46-year-old businessman from Raleigh, North Carolina, has been arrested in Perry, Florida, on financial crime charges. Authorities say Keith Sanders is facing one count of grand theft and one count of scheme to defraud a financial institution. According to investigators, Sanders allegedly falsified a loan application with Blue Coast Federal Credit Union for more than $198,000 and later defaulted on the loan. During the investigation, agents say he also falsely claimed to live in Panama City and work in Tallahassee, and even provided a fake title for a boat that did not exist. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement began investigating the case on Nov. 4, 2025 after receiving information from the Perry Police Department. An arrest warrant was issued on Feb. 23, 2026, and Sanders later turned himself in at the Taylor County Jail. #wyiiicrimesmatter
