I was not at all surprised to hear that MJ Harris Group have gone into liquidation. Our renovation (including painting) was stressful beyond belief – a simple 3 week job became 6+ months! Delayed materials, incorrect measurements, very poor workmanship, scratches on floors and cabinetry, peeling paint, many ignored phone calls and emails to name just a few of our issues (I could write a book about some of the disasters!). As for the owner, MIKE HARRIS – never before have I met such a rude and arrogant person. No care, no apologies. Just a very BAD ATTITUDE. Will gladly take your money and deliver poor workmanship and customer service (if any work is done at all). I feel for all the people who have lost money to this man (customers and employees). I’ve noticed Mike’s RUDE and highly unprofessional responses to his negative reviews (which have seemingly been removed in the past!). ** I have read the response from the owner. I have also noticed on your website that MIKE HARRIS is the Managing Director?!! As such, I would AVOID this business at all costs. As would his many prior customers, suppliers and staff, who are owed millions of dollars.
