This business and owner is after your insurance money. Be really careful before you sign the contract with them. Put everything on the contract before signing it. He orally promise everything you ask for until you sign that contract. Once you sign, the real color of the owner will show up. He lied , screwed the entire project with third party unskilled labor on the roof. Forget about his warranty since he do not pick up the calls or respond to the text messages. I recommend to avoid this company. I would rate them with zero stars if there is an option.
